Terms for sellers

These terms govern the relationship between Krahn K Arno Norbert PFA (operator of Krahn Market, see legal notice) and everyone who offers goods or services on the platform. The general terms and conditions apply in addition.

1. Admission as a seller

• To sell, you open a shop, provide complete and truthful seller and tax details and connect a Stripe account for payouts.
• We review new shops before approval. There is no entitlement to approval.
• Anyone who sells regularly with the aim of making a profit must register as a business seller. Business sellers must provide a legal notice and a withdrawal policy and are responsible for their accuracy.
• Changes to your details must be updated in the seller area without delay.

2. Listings

• Sellers are responsible for their listings: description, price, images, shipping costs, delivery time and compliance with all legal requirements (including product safety, labelling, trademark and copyright law).
• In particular, illegal, counterfeit, dangerous or misleadingly described goods and listings that infringe the rights of third parties are not permitted.
• Prices are final prices in euros, including any applicable VAT.

3. Conclusion of contract and fulfilment

Purchase contracts are concluded directly between buyer and seller. The seller is responsible for delivery or performance, warranty, withdrawal and returns. Orders must be marked as shipped or completed in the seller area as soon as this is the case.

4. Payments, commission and payout

• Buyers pay the platform via Stripe.
• The platform retains a commission of currently 6 % of the order value (including shipping). No other fees apply; the platform bears the Stripe fees for the payment.
• The remaining amount is transferred to the connected Stripe account 7 days after the order has been marked as shipped or completed.
• In the event of cancellation, refund or a payment dispute (chargeback), the payout may be withheld or a payout already made may be reversed, insofar as the seller is responsible.
• We announce changes to the commission by email at least 15 days in advance; they apply only to orders received afterwards.

5. Order of listings (ranking)

In the catalogue and on the home page, listings are sorted by listing date, newest first. Filters (category, type, search term) only narrow the selection. There is no paid placement and no preference for individual sellers, including the operator.

6. Restriction, suspension, termination

• We may remove individual listings or temporarily suspend a shop if facts indicate a violation of these terms or applicable law, in particular following a substantiated report.
• We inform the seller of any such measure by email at the latest when it takes effect, stating the reasons and the underlying facts.
• Ordinary termination of seller admission by us is subject to 30 days’ notice. Without notice only in the event of serious or repeated violations or where we are legally obliged to do so.
• Sellers may close their shop at any time; open orders must be fulfilled.

7. Reports of illegal content

Anyone can report listings via “Report listing”. We review reports promptly, diligently and objectively and inform reporters and affected sellers of our decision.

8. Complaints

Sellers can send complaints about decisions of the platform (e.g. removal of a listing, suspension, withheld payout) within six months to akr@team-krahn.de. We confirm receipt, review the complaint and communicate the result in text form.

9. Tax reporting obligations and data

As platform operator, we are obliged under the EU directive DAC7 to report information on sellers and their revenue to the competent tax authority. For this purpose we process the tax details provided in the seller area. Sellers are themselves responsible for paying tax on their revenue. More information in our privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We announce changes by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Sellers may terminate during this period. Material changes must be accepted again in the seller area.
